1 、The Southeast Group-------Industrial Innovation Central District
As the core area on which to start Jiading Industrial Zone (North), this Industrial Innovation Central District, centered on the development of core technologies, the innovation of applied technologies and industrial study, is an aggregative area of industries. By functions the District was mainly divided into industrial plate, headquarters-economy plate, public service plate and administration plate etc. totally four plates, featuring multiple functions including industrial development, demonstration, headquarters-economy, supporting service and administration and so forth. The Central District , depending on the advantages in the development of core technologies, innovation of applied technologies, industrial research as well as advanced management, promotes new products to occupy corresponding main markets; optimizes sectional industrial chains to realize the effect of “design strength =economic strength”, playing the role of a powerful driving force for the industrial zone (north) to become an advanced manufacturing base to further establish its status as an industrial supporting service center within Yangtze River Delta.

Starting from the main line—the axis leading from south to the north in the middle of the base--- the central district stretches out with the Administration Mansion which is still on construction as the center and the land alongside Huiyuan Road as development areas, forming a sectional layout of upper, middle and lower parts from the north to the south; left, middle and right parts from east to the west.
Facing the theme park of the new district over Huiyuan Road, the Administration Mansion which is on construction in the north of the base, together with the planned city sculptures constitutes the civic square of the new district, forming the public service area and conference & exhibition area with its west as the administration and business supporting area and the east as headquarters-economy area, forming the administration platform of the new district; the middle of the base, business leisure area is situated at the advantageous location of the core area of the lot, providing simultaneous service to peripheral areas with its west of the public service platform and industrial design center and the east of conference & exhibition center as well as the hi-tech business incubator park; in the south of the base lying from the west to the east are in turn the Enterprise R&D Center, reserved land and Metropolitan Industrial Park, presenting a broad space for the diversified development of the district.
