3 、Northwest Group-----Exportation Processing Area
The establishment of an exportation processing area will have a direct pulling force exerted on the development of local processing and manufacturing industry. New driving forces will be brought forth by the exportation processing area of Jiading Industrial Zone, with rapid customs clearance thanks to simplified procedures.
The exportation processing area shall be available to meet the demands of rapid deliveries within a limited time and zero stock of enterprises in the comprehensive industrial area and the Industrial Innovation Center, making the products “produced in Jiading Shanghai” rapidly put to markets internationally with unique competitiveness.
The logistics supporting area lies by the Hu-Jia-Liu Expressway to the east, reaching Yantie River to the west, against Bao-Qian Highway to the south and bordering Zhangjiang Menjing to the north. The planned land for the area totals 303 hectares, among which 248 hectares is for construction use and 128 hectares shall be developed during the first phase of planning. Approved by the State Council, it enjoys preferential policies in bonded goods and convenient customs clearance and so on, is one of the economic areas which are the most opened to the world with the most preferential policies in China.
