The drainage system is separate for rain and sewage discharging. The capacity of daily sewage handling is 180,000 tons and the discharging is conducted pursuant to the standards of GB 8979-1996 grade three of the second category. The wastewater produced by enterprises should be discharged into the sewage discharging pipeline system only when it reaches required standard after processing. Rainwater can be discharged into nearby water body through gathering with storm collectors.

Cost
The industrial zone takes charge of the laying out of sewage drainage pipes to wells beside planned roads nearby enterprises with wastewater to discharge. Enterprises shall bear the expense of the construction of pipeline from the port to their factories.
