Shanghai Jiading Industrial Zone provides entering enterprises with business and living environment of high quality. The Park is mainly composed of supportive service subzones such as Zhuqiao Old Town, Hailun Village, and Helen Village.
Zhuqiao Old Town lies in the central area of the core development zone of Jiading Industrial Zone, and is proximate to Jialiu Highway.  Baoqian Haiway goes across the Old Town. As the brand new supportive zone of living and inhabitation, Zhuqiao Old Town includes areas of commercial housing, remigrant housing, industrial workers’ dormitory, commercial center, and etc.  The town meets the inhabitation needs of different groups of within the Park, such as senior executives, technological talented and workers, and has solved the big problem of inhabitation of the large number of personnel after the launch of the core zone.  Zhuqiao Old Town is a supportive service area for the core zone, and has modern city functions.
　　Helen Village is Shanghai’s largest inhabitation zone for the migrated farmers.  The village is a new modern community with connected villas, multi-level apartments, and infrastructures such as communications systems, water and power lines, retail stores, leisure centre, drug stores, supermarkets and etc.  A small multiple commercial and inhabitation zone is thus formed in Helen Village with the complement of supportive service zone. Helen Village is surrounded by Yuejiang North Line to the south, Jiuxijing to the north, Shengxinlu Road to the east, and Hujialiu motorway to the west.  The Village covers a total area of 167 hectares, and a total building area of 760,000 square meters.
