According to functions the exportation processing area comprises three sub-areas—exportation processing park, development area and life supporting area, among them the exportation processing park is the start-up area in the earlier phase, detailedly: adjoining Xipu Road (close to Jia-Liu Expressway) on the east, reaching Yantie River on the west, lying against Bao-Qian Highway (main road of the city) on the south and bordering Zhangjiang Menjing on the north. The planned use land is 303 hectares, among which is 248 hectares for construction use and in the first phase planned will be 128 hectares be developed.
　　In accordance with the planning, portals shall be set up on Bao-Qian Highway to the exportation processing park, and the portals for cargo inspection, customs clearance and people shall be separated to ensure the landscape, safety and efficiency. The industrial orientation is:
　　1. Lay emphasize on the development of mainly micro-electronic parts surrounding the industrial chain.
　　2. In combination with the trend of international development of pharmacy with the domestic industrial basis, concentrate on the natural medicine and biopharmaceutics.
　　3. Lay emphasize on industries which are easy to go to market and get industrialized including two categories, clean production and pollution source control.
